Jim is a financial services executive with over 12 years experience in technology innovation, omni-channel marketing strategy, and business development. Currently the AVP, Digital Strategy & Planning Lead at Lincoln Financial Group, he is responsible for digital and technology strategy for all of LFG's distribution efforts.
Prior to Lincoln, he was Senior Consultant, Digital Marketing at Nationwide Funds, a division of Nationwide Mutual Insurance. Reporting to the CMO, he was responsible for all digital, mobile, social and content marketing as well as technology planning and implementation. Earlier in his career he spent time as a financial services wholesaler before moving into digital marketing, both in media and as an agency strategist.
Jim lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three children, is a member of Undine Barge Club on Philadelphia's Boathouse Row and has served on the board of the Moonstone Preschool & Arts Center. His most recent speaking engagements have been at the Innovation Enterprise Digital Innovation Conference NY ("Digital Innovation in FinServ") and Frost & Sullivan's Customer Contact East ("Ask the Experts" panel).
